Heavy graphics and user interaction in video games is becoming more and more common. If we look at the Final Fantasy series, we'll see how greatly it has evolved in its later versions. In the Final Fantasy XI, you can modify your chosen character to your heart's desire. You can even have hobbies and become a craftsman. Since, the game tries to depict real life scenarios, you have to earn to survive through the game and to purchase equipment for protection against the enemy. In Final Fantasy XI, Gil is the currency used to do trading.

There are many ways to earn Gils to survive against the enemy. The first job is known as the Warp Quest. You have to build up fame first to be strong enough to the quest. Fame can be gained by running around the town doing low level jobs.

Once, you've gotten fame, you can 1k to buy slime oil to exchange with the NPC known as "Unlucky Rat", for Warp Scroll which is worth 10k Gil. The second job is the Just Badge Quest.

You must get 1 rabab tail, which can be sold for scrolls and scrolls can be auctioned to earn 50-100k Gil. You have to get four onions to get scrolls which can be auctioned from 500-2000 Gil.

There are crafts of farming and fishing to earn Gil. Farming can be done from the start of the game. Just keep in mind to farm those items which can be sold for more Gil. Fishing needs fishing equipment which you can get under 1k Gil but it is an easy and a profitable craft.

In Final Fantasy XI, Gil can be earned in many other ways but the safest and long term ways to earn Gil are farming and fishing. Be careful, while choosing ways to earn Gil, you could get hurt!
