Now, most of the time it is just a game about combat, where two or more people will play opposite each other. Other times it can be a competitive game - on the speedball field that is. What this means is that because paintball can be played in so many ways, everyone is certain to find a game variant they enjoy.
If you came across paintball at a fair then you will not know the full game. At fair and small places paintball is just a target shooting game. However, it is not played with paper targets, it is played with your human friends, where they will be shooting you and your will be shooting them. To understand paintball in its entirety, you should give scenario paintball, woodsball, and speedball a try.
Once you have your opponents in sight you will have to shoot at them with the special paintball guns that are given to you. These can hurt even though it is just paint so you will all have to wear body armor when you play.
This will be played where you will have a few people on a team and each team will have about five flags. The objective of this game would be for each team to hunt down the other teams flag (after they have hidden it in the combat area).
The first team to have all five of the other teams flags win. Now, it is not as easy as it may seem, because each team can re capture their flags, making the game of paintball even longer.
